(Abdominal detox massage)

Chi Nei Tsang is a detoxifying massage to

the abdomen (internal organ area), one of the

qigong therapies from the Tao (Taoism)

of China for over 2500 years.

 

It is considered the most comprehensive way to

revitalize, strengthen and detoxify the internal

organ systems. It also works on negative

emotions and mental states, bringing balance

to the mind and body.

performed on the abdomen.

Thai Traditional massage

This is Wat Pho style massage, said to be

the home of Thai traditional massage.

The massage focuses on kneading along

the energy lines that flow throughout the body,

called "sen," and includes light stretching.

​

*There are no acrobatic treatments.

​

The slow rhythm of the Thai traditional massage 

makes the parasympathetic nervous system

dominant and leads to deep breathing.

Full body oil massage

​

Using oil and firm pressure,  this massage relieves muscle tension and promotes blood circulation.

Some Thai rubbing and relaxing are also included

in the program.

​

Oil massage is also effective in relaxing the body and mind.

​

※Herbal ball

​

It is made by wrapping about 10 kinds of herbs

in cloth and forming them into a ball, and is

mainly used in Thai traditional medicine and spas.

At my salon, I use it in karsai Nei Tsang/

Chi Nei Tsang course, It is warmed in a steamer

and then pressed on the abdomen.
